All 1st time customers will need to place their first order through our corporate office, beginning with our online order form; or, by Calling our corporate office at 1-800-743-0322

Once the online order form is completed, it can be easily and quickly:
  • Submitted Online 
  • Printed and Faxed 
  • Printed and Mailed 
  • or, Phoned in to one of our customer service representatives

We ship our products via United Parcel Service (UPS), from 30 separate Distribution Centers, strategically placed across the U.S.  (An additional $10 will be added to all orders shipped outside the continential USA). On occassion, a distributor may opt to ship your order via DHL or FedEx.

Shipped orders can be easily tracked through UPS, at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and, by inserting the 'tracking' or 'sales order' number. You can call our office, should ordered products not arrive within five (5) business days.
All orders, processed through our corporate office are:
  • Reviewed for accuracy and full completion
  • Shipped from our Wisconsin based plant, or appropriately assigned and faxed to the nearest distribution center (minimizing shipping days)
  • Added to our customer database (data is never sold to other companies), in order to notify you of newly approved & supplied resellers located closer to you.
Each newly shipped order will include the name and address of your designated Distributor.  We ask that you keep this information for your records, then, contact the designated distributor for future orders and/or concerns whenever possible.

Note:  The AFS corporate office and Green Bay Manufacturing Plant are under one roof; and serves as the Distribution Center for customers in Wisconsin and its boardering states
